The high water pressure in the shower felt like a relaxing massage.
I encountered serious security issues with the sliding windows and door access.

The rooftop pool was a lovely surprise, but
the rooms could use better maintenance, as I noticed the closet door was broken and there were issues with the shower head. On a positive note, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during my stay.

The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of Panama City and was a wonderful spot to enjoy my morning coffee while soaking in the sunshine. The accessibility of the common areas made it easy for me to navigate comfortably.
More seating in the restaurant would be appreciated.

Bring earplugs for a better night's sleep due to noise from the street. it can get quite loud at night.

I enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The room had good air conditioning, which was a relief in the warm weather. However, the windows were a security concern. they didn’t lock properly, and that made me uneasy. The room itself felt a bit outdated, and the cleanliness wasn’t up to par—especially the bathroom, which had some issues with black grout and didn’t have enough hooks for towels. The breakfast was decent, but I would’ve appreciated more variety. Despite these challenges, the hotel's proximity to the metro station was super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby if you want to experience the local flavors. Overall, there are things that need fixing, but the location and staff truly shine.
